These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bubble Hound mobile application and related website, operated by Lucifer Stoat Ltd ("we", "us" and "our").

1. About Bubble Hound
Bubble Hound helps adults discover Champagne bottle and bottomless offers at pubs, bars and other venues. Users may search for offers, contribute venue or offer details, and report or verify information. Approved venue managers may claim and manage venue information and offers.
Bubble Hound provides information about offers. We do not sell or supply alcoholic drinks through the app, and an offer shown in Bubble Hound is not a booking, reservation, voucher or guarantee of availability.
2. Age restriction and responsible drinking
Bubble Hound is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18. You must comply with applicable laws concerning alcohol purchase and consumption.
Venues may require proof of age, refuse service or apply their own conditions. Please drink responsibly.
3. Offers, prices and availability
Offer information may be supplied by venues, community contributors or other available sources. Prices, dates, opening hours, participating locations, availability and offer conditions can change without notice. Some information may be incomplete or out of date.
Always confirm the current price, eligibility, time restrictions and terms directly with the venue before travelling or purchasing. The venue, rather than Bubble Hound, is responsible for any sale or service it provides.
4. Browsing and location services
You can browse offers without creating an account. If you choose to use a nearby-search feature, Bubble Hound may request access to your device location to identify relevant venues and offers. You can decline or withdraw location permission through your device settings.
Map locations and directions are provided for convenience and may not always be exact. Check travel and venue details independently.
5. Community contributions
You may be able to add venues, submit offers, verify information or report inaccuracies without registering. By submitting content, you agree that:
- You will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, current and lawful information.
- You will not submit misleading, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful material.
- You will not include private personal information about yourself or others in public submissions.
- You have the necessary rights to submit any text, images or other material you provide.
You grant Lucifer Stoat Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute your submitted venue and offer information as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote Bubble Hound. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
We may review, correct, decline, remove or retain submissions to maintain the quality, safety and lawful operation of the service. We are not obliged to publish every submission.
6. Venue-manager accounts
Venue-management features are available only to approved account holders. If you request access to manage a venue, you must provide accurate registration and venue-claim information and must be authorised to act on behalf of that venue.
Venue managers sign in using email-based one-time passcodes. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account, keeping account access secure and promptly informing us of suspected unauthorised use.
We may refuse or revoke venue-management access where a claim cannot be verified or where the account is used in breach of these Terms.
7. Deleting an account
You can delete your venue-manager account using the Delete Account option in the app. If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected].
Deleting an account removes the account and its associated name, email address and telephone number. Offers previously added may remain visible, but are attributed to “User or community added” rather than the former account. Limited technical records may be retained where required by law or by service-provider security processes.

8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app or website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, interfere with the service, scrape or harvest data in an abusive manner, impersonate others, or use Bubble Hound for unlawful purposes.
We may take proportionate action, including restricting access or removing content, to protect users, venues and the service.
9. Intellectual property
Bubble Hound branding, app design, software and original website content belong to Lucifer Stoat Ltd or its licensors, subject to any third-party rights. You may use the app for its intended purpose but may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected elements without permission, except where permitted by law.
Venue names, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply endorsement of Bubble Hound.
10. Third-party services and venues
Bubble Hound may display maps, venue details or links provided through third-party services, including Google Maps and Google Places. Those services and external websites may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for a venue's independent decisions, services or contractual arrangements with you.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Bubble Hound available and useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free information. We may update features, correct listings, suspend functionality or change the service where reasonably necessary.
12. Responsibility and liability
We take reasonable care in operating Bubble Hound, but community and venue-submitted information may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on an unverified offer, a venue's refusal to honour an offer, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information, including account details, location-related requests and technical data.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements or our practices. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
